<description>One problem with eating up sugar foods within 60 minutes prior to exercise is the coincidental raising of blood insulin assiduities which bottles up fat employment during employment and increases the using up of precious stored muscle glycogen (energy). This response is interim and does not unremarkably involve most athletes in survival competition; however, it turns more typical in shorter high-intensity events and to any athlete who may be sore to excessive responses to blood sugar stories. Timing and low &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.dietaccent.com/article/Article.asp?ArtID=196&quot;&gt;glycemic index &lt;/a&gt; foods could benefit these athletes.</description>

		<description>Hello,
It is really nice to read this article. Thanks for simple way of writing and giving all the detail which need. Once again thanks.
It’s because of the changing food habits in India. From eating whole grain atta to eating lots of vegetables we have shifted to eating breads, readymade juices for breakfast, polished rice for lunch and packaged chips as snacks.
